Being a first time home buyer from out of state moving to the state of Michigan sounded so stressful, because every house we looked at was off the market within days. When I thought about all the things we were going to have to do including finding a realtor after 2 bad experiences. I started to worry, but never the less, we were referred to Tyrese Belcher, and he made everything smooth. He even referred us a lender. I am writing this review on for The Wagley Group Real Estate. I used Joe Wagley to sell a home I had. I can honestly tell you that it was the right choice. Joe knows his stuff. My dad had used him to sell my grandmas house several years ago and told me go with Joe. I made the call and meet with Joe. He is personable and extremely knowledgeable in real estate and patient because i know at the beginning of this I wasn't the easiest person to get along with but Joe is a pro. He and his wife Becky worked hard for me and the house sold for a good price. I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to Joe and his wife Becky, and would not hesitate to use them again . I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
